Do I need an appointment? How many guests can I bring with me?
We are by appointment only and we do ask brides to limit their parties to four guests only. We are a small shop and we simply cannot accommodate seating for large parties. However we are happy to share our wi-fi with you so you can reach out electronically to include other members of your Tribe. If we can, we will help a walk-in, but our appointments will be always be honored first. To secure a fitting room, it is best to have an appointment.
How long do your appointments last and what should I bring with me?
Bridal Appointments typically last around 75 minutes and we suggest that you bring whatever undergarments you will be most comfortable wearing while working with a consultant.
How long does it take to order a gown?
Please allow 16-24 weeks for mother of occasion dress orders & 16-24 weeks for bridal gown orders. Make sure to allow another 8-12 weeks for alterations. We are also always happy to check with our designers to see if there is a faster option available at no charge. In the past, we have been able to assist brides with wedding dates with less than a month away, however it is not our recommended time frame! Rush options are sometimes available for an additional fee.
Cancellation / Return Policy?
All sales are final. As all dresses are made-to-order there are no cancelations, returns, or exchanges.

What sizes are your samples?
At Sincerely Yours, we believe all women have the right to try on gowns. Our bridal samples run from size 6-26 and Mother of the Bride/Groom 4-22W.
Our bridal gowns range in price from $1,000 - $2,800. The majority of our gowns are priced between $1,200 - $1,600. Mother of Occasion dresses range from $350 - $620. Saying "Yes!" to your dress
Brides are often under the impression that they need to shop, shop, shop before saying "Yes!" to their dream dress. However, we find that brides who keep the decision simple are the ones who truly have the most positive experience. Over-shopping gets exhausting and complicated so we don't advise booking back-to-back appointments. If you have a great group of family & friends and find a dress you love, sometimes it's that simple!
